David Hill, the former Organist and Director of Music at Winchester Cathedral, and currently Chief Conductor of the BBC Singers and Musical Director of London’s Bach Choir, is planning to record Stanford’s Stabat Mater with the Bach Choir, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and soloists

Two works by Stanford are included in this year’s English Music Festival to be held in and around Dorchester, Oxfordshire from May 22 to May 25, 2015.
